Get to Know Me

With decades of experience inspecting single-family dwellings, completing the AHIT courses, passing the Tennessee Home Inspectors test, and InterNACHI CPI Certifications course work to date. Along with a comprehensive understanding of building materials and the project lifecycle of construction, I am confident the skills I have acquired will transfer to be an exceptional partner in your home buying process.

In my previous role as owner of Ostara LLC (a regional construction company), my skills in time management, accounting, and communication were key to our success. Attention to detail, and ability to detect areas requiring repairs, in conjunction with clear documentation to large commercial clients improved navigation through the bidding processes, negotiated favorable contracts, and to efficiently resolved property issues. My consistency and tenacity establish a reputation for reliability and customer-centric service. Ostara grew from a one-person operation (me) into a regional operation with 25 employees and over 400 single-family dwellings refurbished in Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi.

I am blessed with a wonderful wife, Sol, and our 10-year-old daughter, Mary. We enjoy spending time with family, cooking and travel.
